1. This salons is open to photo friends spread all over the world. It will be organized under the approved rules of FIP as well as FIAP. All acceptances will count for FIAP and FIP. ALL Images must be the original work of the entrant. If two or more similar images are entered by the same author, the first one getting the acceptance score will be considered for acceptance or award, the other images will not be considered.

2. The exhibition is open to anyone; however, an entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization, or its agent, in its reasonable discretion, believes the entry does not conform to exhibition rules and conditions.

3. An entrant's four images will be distributed throughout four rounds of judging

4. Sections: (A) Open Monochrome (B) Open Color (C) Nature (D) Photo Travel and (E) Photo Journalism. All are digital Sections. An author may submit a maximum of 4 images in each section i.e 16 total images for 4 sections. Images for each section should be uploaded via www.creativecc.co.in website.

5. Report Cards will be sent by E-Mail as well as displayed on www.creativecc.co.in website.

6. Permission to reproduce images in the catalogue or for publicity is assumed unless otherwise denied by the author. Each entrant will receive free of charge a best quality digital WEB catalogue of all awarded and few accepted works.

7. All Acceptances are eligible for statistics applicable to FIAP and FIP.

8. The decision of the Panel of selectors is final and binding, no appeal will be entertained.

9. Entry Fee: Foreign Entrants: All Section: 12 $(USD) For Indian Entrants: All Section : Rs. 700/-.

10. Submission of Entries to the Circuit implies acceptance of the above rules & regulations.

11. All Foreign participants must submit their entries through online submission procedure in our website. Entry fees have to be sent online through the PAYPAL. However Indian entrants should send their Entry Fees by Bank transfer, Cheque or DD.
Please be noted that the relevant documents of online transfer must be mailed to us for the Database updation on an urgent basis.

12. Participants are requested to send their entries, Entry Fee etc. well in advance. Late entries will not be entertained and the Entry Fee will be retained. If the entry fee is not received within the closing date, Entries may not be considered for selection.

14. With the sole act of submitting his/her images or files to a salon under FIAP Patronage, the entrant accepts without exception and with no objection that the submitted images can be investigated by FIAP to establish if these obey to FIAP regulations and definitions even if the entrant is not a member of FIAP; that FIAP will use any means at its disposal for this undertaking; that any refusal to cooperate with FIAP or any refusal to submit the original files as captured by the camera, or failure to provide sufficient evidence, will be sanctioned by FIAP and that in case of sanctions following the non compliance with FIAP regulations, the name of the entrant will be released in any form useful to inform the breaches of the rules. It is recommended to leave the EXIF data in the submitted files intact in order to ease eventual investigations.

15. Specifications to be maintained for all Images :: Maximum File size : 1 MB, Resolution : 72 dpi. Longest side : 1024 pixels / Vertical side : 768 pixels Colour mode : RGB/sRGB. Image format : JPG/JPEG. Image Title must be within 30 characters.

FIAP MONOCHROME

A black and white work fitting from the very dark grey (black) to the very clear grey (white) is a monochrome work with the various shades of grey. A black and white work toned entirely in a single colour will remain a monochrome work able to stand in the black and white category; such a work can be reproduced in black and white in the catalogue of a salon under FIAP Patronage. On the other hand a black and white work modified by a partial toning or by the addition of one colour becomes a colour work (polychrome) to stand in the colour category; such a work requires colour reproduction in the catalogue of a salon under FIAP Patronage.


PSA and FIAP Nature Definition

Nature photography is restricted to the use of the photographic process to depict all branches ofnatural history, except anthropology and archeology, in such a fashion that a well-informed person will be able to identify the subject material and certify its honest presentation. The story telling value of a photograph must be weighed more than the pictorial quality while maintaininghigh technical quality. Human elements shall not be present, except where those human elementsare integral parts of the nature story such as nature subjects, like barn owls or storks, adaptedto an environment modified by humans, or where those human elements are in situations depictingnatural forces, like hurricanes or tidal waves. Scientific bands, scientific tags or radio collars onwild animals are permissible. Photographs of human created hybrid plants, cultivated plants,feral animals, domestic animals, or mounted specimens are ineligible, as is any form ofmanipulation that alters the truth of the photographic statement. No techniques that add,relocate, replace, or remove pictorial elements except by cropping are permitted. Techniques thatenhance the presentation of the photograph without changing the nature story or the pictorialcontent, or without altering the content of the original scene, are permitted including HDR, focusstacking and dodging/burning. Techniques that remove elements added by the camera, such asdust spots, digital noise, and film scratches, are allowed. Stitched images are not permitted. Allowed adjustments must appear natural. Color images can be converted to grayscale, monochrome. Infrared images, either direct captures or derivations, are not allowed.
Images entered in Nature sections meeting the Nature Photography Definition above can havelandscapes, geologic formations, weather phenomena, and extant organisms as the primarysubject matter. This includes images taken with the subjects in controlled conditions, such as zoos, game farms, botanical gardens, aquariums and any enclosure where the subjects are totally dependent on man for food.
